TOPIC: Facebook Slide Likebox Pro - Position

Re: Facebook Slide Likebox Pro - Position 1 year 1 month ago #1689

The version I purchased and installed is the one listed under "Joomla 1.6/1.7/2.5. In Joomla this version reads as Facebook Slide Likebox Pro V. 3.2.0. This is apparently your latest version.

I am currently running Joomla V. 2.5.4.

Just in case, I uninstalled the module, re-downloaded it from your site and then re-installed it. The tabs still just appear within the module, they are not floating on the side (see: www.ruckuspg.ca/v3/index.php/contact-us) like they are supposed to.

Am I supposed to have a specific module position to have them floating on the side, or is there some sort of error somewhere.

Ok now I am sure your template is compressing css/js. If you want to fix it fast, I need to have temporary access to your backend.

Is there an e-mail I can send the login info to you at? I don't want to post it on the forum!

Thanks,

Hi
The problem was caused by RokGzipper. I ruled out the css files used by my module and now everything works fine.
